If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply email us to return the order within 30 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit card. There will be a 30% restocking fee on all opened or used items.

The Secret Fragrance understands that items may get damaged or lost during shipping. If this is the case, submit an email to us and we will ensure we process a refund or new product after investigation. This could take 3-5 business days to process.
